Hi everyone,

Lately a number of people have been sending me appointment requests via Facebook and Instagram Messenger - please do not do this. The booking request function was added on both accounts by Meta when I tried to link my chosen booking service to my accounts. I have been trying for to get Meta to respond to my requests to remove this function. Unfortunately this has lead some people to believe they have a booking and I have been getting customers showing up for appointments they don't have.

Please use this email: [email protected] if you want to make a booking. From there, I need to check my availability and confirm the date and time, once this is agreed upon I will send you the bank transfer details so you can prepay for the booking. I do not hold the appointment open without payment which means if you show up without paying you will be considered as a walk-in customer and will need to wait your turn if there's a queue.

Also please be aware that if you are trying to book at short notice on the days when I am working I often do not have time to check messages, please get your booking requests in before 10am otherwise there is a good chance I will not see your email until the end of the day.

I am hoping that once I get the issue sorted out with Meta that I will be able to link my own booking service that will allow customers to log in, check my availability then schedule and prepay without having to send requests. Until this has been done please email your booking requests to [email protected].

Appointments are filling up fast for this weekend. I have limited spaces available for Saturday and Sunday mornings but still have some space available this afternoon and Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Important Booking Policy Update – Please Read

Due to an increasing number of late arrivals, no-shows, and clients attending the wrong reader, I am reintroducing prepayment for all bookings.

Effective immediately:

• All readings must be prepaid to secure your booking
• Spots will not be held without payment
• Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late without prior notification will forfeit their reading
• No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows
• Please ensure you attend the correct reader:
I am Catherine Faulds (blue/purple curtains – psychic, medium & tarot), not Christine Fletcher (red curtains – psychic medium)

These policies are necessary to ensure fairness, protect my time, and allow me to offer a reliable service to everyone.
