Take a sneak peak at a day in the life of a retreat goer on Restorative Retreat in the Margaret River Region of Western Australia.

It flows a little something like this

~ Guided Morning movement
~ Daily workshop; for example on limiting beliefs
~ fully catered long table lunch & chats
~ Intentional free time to be; in nature, take a bush walk, lounge and rest, enjoy your current read, visit a local winery, get a spa treatment, take a dip in the ocean or get creative.
~ Afternoon tea followed by slow and gentle movement

~ Evening activity; for example a sound healing performed by local musicians
