Just a king and his crown. 👑

They say heavy is the head that wears the crown, but when the weight is your child on your shoulders, it's a burden you carry with gratitude.

The greatest men don't wear their crowns on their heads, they carry them through life, protect them fiercely, and teach them how to shine.

My favourite kind of royalty is a loving Dad ❤️‍🔥

🌸Aurelia’s story didn’t end with her passing, and neither did our commitment to the children who walk this path after her.

🌻Behind the scenes, our family is continuing to advocate, speak up, and push for change in Australia’s transplant policies for children like Aurelia, because they deserve more, they deserve better, and they deserve a system that fights as hard for them as their families do.

🪽Everything we do now carries her name, her light, and her mission.
🪶She may not be here in our arms, but she is very much in every step forward.
