Add it to colourful salads, pair it with cheese, drizzle it over fresh fruit or use it to bring a sweet contrast to pizza and grilled dishes.

Our honey is best enjoyed raw, helping preserve its naturally occurring enzymes and bioactive properties. Try adding it after cooking or once hot food and drinks have cooled slightly.

The hives have arrived 🐝💮.

The bees have finished foraging in Western Australia’s wildflower country and have now moved onto Manuka country.

This year, the Manuka began flowering earlier than expected. With the hives newly in position, Cesar and our beekeeping team are watching the conditions closely, and working with the season in front of them.

Over the coming weeks, the beekeeping team will monitor the bloom, weather, colony health and nectar arriving in the hives.

Our bees are on the move 🐝💮.

They have finished foraging in Western Australia’s wildflower country and have now moved onto Manuka.

Our Head Beekeeper, Cesar, brings years of experience to every decision; from choosing where the bees will forage to knowing when the honey is ready to harvest. It’s skilled, hands-on work that puts the wellbeing of our bees first. 🐝🍯
