A little surprise on the front desk this morning 💐
One of our families dropped in flowers and chocolates to say thank you to our reception team, Maia and Sabina, for going above and beyond to find them an appointment when they needed one.
Honestly, so much of what our admin team does behind the scenes often goes unseen — the phone calls, the reshuffling, the “leave it with me, I’ll sort something out.” So it means a lot when someone notices.
Thank you to the family who made this lovely gesture — it really made our day. 💛
