Managing psychosocial hazards isn’t just about safety risk management. It is about fostering a mentally healthy workplace that employees are able to realise their abilities and work productively.

It was a great workshop with the leaders and supervisors of the City of Mandurah to dive into the topic of psychological safety and mental health. Great commitment demonstrated by the supervisors to protect and take care of their employees’ mental health and wellbeing.

This is a 2 day course that teaches you to identify signs and symptoms of mental health problems, and respond to people who might be experiencing mental health problems or crises.
