Do you know what works really well to heal past timelines and to bring peace to relationships? Compassion. Easy said, not so easy to do when you are triggered or angry.

But try this technique and see what happens.

Imagine the person irritating you and then think of a happy time with them. May be a fleeting smile from them, a time where they did something nice for you, or something nice they did for someone else.

Do this for about 2 weeks and you will notice a big shift in your relationship with them.

Dead or alive. It doesn't matter if they have passed over, if you use this technique, you and they will have peace.

If it's a situation that is keeping you stuck, imagine the scenario, feel all the feels, anger, shame, humiliation, sadness. Let it sit with you for a few mins, then imagine it being washed away.

Then rewrite the scene. Imagine it in a happy way. Smile and imagine your heart feeling full and happy.

Both of these techniques will really help you to feel more peaceful, attract less conflict and they work especially well on ex partners.

Sometimes life is just so much sweeter with simple pleasures. Tonight I have made a 2 ingredient buckwheat bread. There is honestly nothing nicer than the taste of fresh, hot bread. Especially when it's do good for you.

Except tonight, I put sardines soaked on rosemary oil on top. Have to oil my body with omega 3's!

Not everyone's cup of tea, but how nice to do something nurturing.

Do you know what happens right before a big breakthrough? Not what your think. Most of us think we will get a sign, complete clarity and courage...

What actually happens, more often than not, is that we have a crisis. We doubt ourselves, we want to go back to safety. We don't want to grow. We want to give up an amazing, uncertain future, for predictable safety.

But then by the grace of God, we choose to go down the road less travelled. We decide it's better to move forward, even not knowing the outcome, to trust and be happy, than to stay safe and miserable.

In doing so, there is grief, as we leave the old self behind. But there is also excitement and possibility...
Once you make the decision and cross the threshold of fear, life opens up. A breakthrough occurs and we have huge growth.

We don't grow inside a safe container. We suffocate. We fade away and lose ourself.
We grow and have breakthroughs when we are willing to just be ourselves, believe in ourselves and trust we can do it!

So if right now, you are on the precipice of change, about to catch the wave of opportunity, just go for it!

Dont look back. Ride the wave. Be the change!
