The occurrence and prevention of warts
Warts are caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV) and spread through direct contact with a wart or with contaminated surfaces, such as showers, towels, and razors. To prevent warts, avoid direct contact with warts, do not share personal items, cover cuts and scrapes, and wear shoes in moist areas. To treat existing warts, various over-the-counter products and professional treatments are available, and many warts will eventually clear up on their own.
Occurrence (Causes and risk factors)
Virus: Warts are caused by HPV, a common virus that can infect the top layer of the skin.
Transmission: The virus spreads through close physical contact with a person who has warts or by touching objects or surfaces that have come into contact with the virus.
Vulnerability: You are at higher risk if you have a weakened immune system, bite your nails, or have small cuts or scrapes, as these provide an entry point for the virus.
Autoinoculation: Picking at a wart can spread the virus to other parts of your own body.

How to Prevent Age Spots - Treatment for Liver Spots on Face❓
The best way to prevent age spots is to protect your skin from UV radiation by wearing broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 every day, wearing sun-protective clothing, and seeking shade during peak sun hours. Additionally, avoid tanning beds and moisturize your skin regularly to help keep it hydrated.

A daily skincare routine should involve cleansing and moisturizing twice a day, and you should apply products in order of consistency, from thinnest to thickest. For a morning routine, cleanse, apply a serum, moisturize, and finish with sunscreen. A nighttime routine typically includes cleansing (consider a double cleanse), applying a treatment serum, and using a richer moisturizer or eye cream to help skin repair overnight.
