Ultra Care Services is growing, and we're looking for caring, reliable and professional Disability Support Workers to join our team! 🙌

💰 Pay in accordance with the SCHADS Award
What we're looking for:
✅ Previous disability or community support experience
✅ Good English communication – verbal & written
✅ Reliable, caring and professional
✅ Able to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Comfortable supporting people with different needs
✅ Willing to learn and complete required training
⭐ 2+ years' experience is highly desirable, but NOT essential.
Experience in areas such as autism, intellectual disability, psychosocial disability, behaviors of concern, personal care, SIL or complex support is an advantage.
📋 Requirements
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• First Aid & CPR
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• Relevant qualifications and/or experience
• WWCC where applicable
• Right to work in Australia
• Driver's license & reliable vehicle where required
All successful applicants will complete Ultra Care Services' induction and mandatory training before commencing supports.
