I’d never do that to you — but it’s exactly why last minute cancellations hit small businesses a little harder than you might think.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and when it’s missed, it’s not always something we can refill… which means I lose that income for the day (and unfortunately my bills don’t cancel with it 🫠).
I completely understand that things come up 🤍
