Inside Out Occupational Therapy Inside Out Occupational Therapy Group provides neuroaffirming care in clinic, home and school-based contexts across Perth, WA

Inside Out Occupational Therapy provides individualized assessment, individual therapy sessions, group-based work, school-based support and liaison, parent consultation, parent therapy and family therapy. As each child and family is unique, our assessment and therapy process is tailored to meet individual needs and includes:

Fine motor skills
Gross motor skills
Visual perceptual skills
Sensory processing and integration
Self-regulation (including attention and emotions)
Psychosocial skills (including social skills, self-esteem, confidence and motivation)
Family systems. Referrals can be initiated through parents, teachers, school psychologists, doctors or other health professionals. Please refer to our website for further details about our services.

STAFF PD DAY 2026 ✏️

A day of learning, team bonding and most importantly… having fun! 🤍

Taking a day out of our busy schedules to invest in our knowledge and skills is so important in ensuring we continue to provide best-practice, evidence-informed support to our young people and their families.

We are incredibly fortunate to learn from our experienced Senior OT’s and Directors, Lisa Cooper and Kathleen Langford, exploring topics including Motivational Interviewing and Clinical Observations to continue expanding our clinical knowledge and strengthening our practice 🧠💡

Of course, professional development wouldn’t be complete without a little fun along the way! We kicked off the day with Matwork Pilates , enjoyed some delicious food and drinks (out of some very questionable vessels! 😂🥤), and wrapped things up with some team bonding, practical problem-solving and logical thinking .au 🔐🤝

A day full of learning, laughter and connection! Feeling grateful to be part of such a passionate team that is always striving to learn, grow and be the best we can be for the young people and families we support 💓
