Inside Out Occupational Therapy

This week marks the beginning of our latest school-based OT program! 🎉

Our OT’s, Dara and Hannah, will be commencing a 5-week social and emotional regulation group program with students from two kindy classes at a local primary school.

Through movement, play, stories and hands-on activities, students will build their understanding of emotions, learn practical regulation strategies, and develop the social skills needed to thrive in the classroom and beyond.

We can't wait to get started! 💛

On Friday, our Inside Out team swapped our work clothes for PJs to support Pyjama Day 2026! Raising money to support children living in foster care.

So much fun celebrating World Chocolate Day on Tuesday at our clinic! Perfect timing with school holidays, winter weather and time to recharge. This Friday, the Inside Out team will be hosting Australia's Biggest Morning Tea in support of the Cancer Council ☕🍰

If you're visiting the clinic on Friday, be sure to keep an eye out for some delicious baked treats or a cup of tea, as we come together to raise funds for an important cause.

Last week, one of our wonderful OTs, Dara had the privilege of presenting to 80 teaching staff at St Mark’s Anglican Community School on 'Building Understanding, Co-Regulation and Confidence in the Early Years'. The presentation was very well received.
