Remedial Massage I am Located at 1/6 Robson Way, Murdoch located inside Allen Physiotherapy. Hicaps and Eftpos available.

I have been massaging for 14 + years and was also employed at Fremantle Football Club for 7 years as a Remedial Masseur/Game day Sports Trainer. Have since been doing sports Massage with other teams such as perth Lynx, Perth Wildcats and Perth Glory. I have a Diploma in Remedial Massage which covers a lot of different modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports Massage, Manual Lymph Drainage and Myofascial Release. COSTS:

45mins: $80
60mins: $100
90mins: $132
I am a member of AAMT which allows you to claim rebates if you have massage coverage with your health funds.

STEPtember – MY WHY 💚

This is my third year taking part in STEPtember, and once again, I’m doing it for a very special reason… my gorgeous niece, Miss Alecia Grace 🫶🏻

Most of you know her as my niece, but to our family, she is also our warrior princess. 👑💪🏻

Born three months early and later diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, Alecia has faced challenges that most of us could never imagine. But with early intervention, determination and plenty of support, she continues to grow, blossom and amaze us all with everything she achieves.

Watching her journey and seeing her strength, resilience and progress is something I will never take for granted. We are so incredibly proud of the beautiful, strong little girl she is becoming. 💚

STEPtember raises vital funds to support people living with Cerebral Palsy and their families, helping provide access to important services, equipment, technology and research.

So once again, I’ll be stepping up for Alecia — and for all the other incredible people and families living with CP.

YEAR 11 💙🐯
The year where we reminisced old Wins, remembered those we lost and caught up with friends who have become family along the way.

Probably my most testing year so far for many reasons but proud of myself with how I handled those certain situations through the season.

Thanks to both teams. And my girls for my wonderful present waiting for me when I got home! Appreciate you all!

Career Highlight and a real Pinch Me moment! As I finally sit and process what the last 3 weeks has meant to me I couldn’t have asked for a better team to go away with for my first National appointment. I know the girls are disappointed with the outcome but I’m so proud of each and everyone of them and so grateful for how they embraced this basketball loving girl who is now a Lacrosse loving girl! I’m so appreciative to every single person on this team whether player, coaches or support staff. I enjoyed every part of this experience! So many memories that my heart will never forget. 💚💛 CLINIC UPDATE 💛💚
As most of you are aware of now, today was my last day in the clinic for the next 3 weeks.

Tonight I jet off to Japan and will join the Australian Women’s Lacrosse team in the quest for world Champs, supporting them as a RMT & Sports trainer!

All messages, phone calls and emails will be replied to when I’m back in the clinic from Thursday 6th August.

Game Day Eve - Year 11

From wearing number 11 when I played to now entering year 11 as sports trainer with the nbl1 teams.

Also just a reminder that with the NBL1 season getting underway Friday afternoon and Saturday morning appointments are limited until August.

Make sure you book in advance if you’re looking to book either of those days.

A big Good Luck to one of my athletes ( also my nephew ) who leaves tomorrow to represent WA in his first state team with Futsal WA.

Can’t wait to watch you put on the black and gold and play at the National Futsal Championship.

SWISH IS 19!

A big thank you to all my family, friends and of course my clients for another year of supporting me and my small business!

Even though the days a long and it’s not always easy I’ve spent 19 years of getting to do what I love every day! And not many people can say that! I’m very lucky and appreciative of that!
