Linked to earlier/below posts on this page regarding the brain, this short Technology Entertainment & Design (TED) talk provides an excellent account of the importance of physical (particularly aerobic) exercise for the brain. Clinical Hypnotherapy for weight-management, particularly, has a decent exercise-promotion aspect for overall well-being in life, as well as the ‘calories-out greater than in’ focus.
