Every week while our support workers are busy assisting clients, our Coordinators are out visiting homes, checking in with staff and ensuring everything is running smoothly

Throughout the week they:
✔️ Meet with clients
✔️ Support staff
✔️ Monitor routines
✔️ Review medications and documentation
✔️ Connect with families and stakeholders
✔️ Ensure every home maintains the high standard of care we pride ourselves on
