It's been a really long time since I've been here! I was working full-time and not giving much to Harmony At Home at all, chugging along with a few clients, in fact, I wasn't giving much to myself either..... Coming back from burnout, an injury and some regular life challenges was an interesting experience and a lot has changed for the better.

Well, I am happy to say that I am back, in full-swing and ready to put 100% back into my counselling business after teaching the Diploma of Counselling for a couple of years.

Teaching reminded me to keep doing what I love the most - supporting people to have a better opinion of themselves and better relationships with others.

I'm in the process of revamping my website and will be doing most of my work online for convenience.

So I'm here, available for online 90-minute sessions booked at a time to suit you, in the comfort of your home. I'm in Western Australia so the time difference works especially well for my Eastern States clients who can have a session in the evening after the children are in bed.

Hello all, it's been a long time between posts and a lot has happened in between which I will update you on soon. In the meantime, I would highly recommend this 21 day Parenting Challenge to support your relationship with your children. Communication skills for deep change.

I'm going to be running a Parent Effectiveness Training (PET) Course in West Perth. If anyone is interested, it is a comprehensive 8 week programme, 3 hours per session. That's 24 hours of intensive training in effective communication for parents. It includes basic counselling skills and provides you with the know how to deescalate emotional outbursts. (Yours and your children).

Cost is $450 per person or $800 per couple. Payment plans and low income discounts available.
