Reflux; the last thing you want on the menu, especially at a gala dinner in Oxford.

Here’s my quick reflux cheat sheet:

🌙 4 ways to reduce reflux without medication

• Avoid eating for three hours before bed
• Sleep on your left side
• Raise the head of your bed or use a proper wedge
• Identify and limit your personal trigger foods

🔎 Reflux doesn’t always feel like heartburn
It may present as:

• Frequent throat clearing
• A persistent cough
• A hoarse or changing voice
• An unexplained wheeze, particularly at night

🚩 3 red flags that need medical assessment

• Difficulty or pain when swallowing
• Vomiting blood or passing black stools
• Unexplained weight loss or persistent vomiting

Microneedling aftercare matters ✨

Your skin needs a little extra care in the first 24–48 hours after microneedling to support recovery and get the most from your treatment.

Avoid makeup, active skincare ingredients, shaving, intense exercise, saunas, hot baths and swimming during the initial recovery period. Keep your skin protected from direct sun exposure and wear SPF daily.

We also recommend avoiding picking or touching the treated area and allowing around 2 weeks before injectable treatments.
