✨ A NEW CHAPTER FOR THE BODYWORK PRACTICE ✨

After three wonderful years, The Bodywork Practice is moving to a new Perth home.

With On Sacral Ground closing its doors in October, I’ve been reflecting on just how much has happened within this space.

Three years of growing my business, exploring and creating new offerings, running workshops, meeting so many beautiful clients, and collaborating with some truly incredible people. I’m so grateful for everything this space has held and for everyone who has been part of it.

And now, it’s time for something new.

From October, you’ll find The Bodywork Practice at Aligned Souls in Malaga ✨

I’m really looking forward to beginning this next chapter in such a beautiful space, continuing to grow, create, explore and see where this next part of the journey takes me.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of the last three years, and I can’t wait to welcome you into the new space.

Here’s to new beginnings ✨

HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT!

The Bodywork Practice is closing down.

My husband and I are thrilled to share that we’re buying our first property! This is an exciting new chapter for us as we move rural, but it also means I’ll be closing the doors to The Bodywork Practice at .sacral.ground in South Perth. My last available appointment will be Thursday, 27th February 2025.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to all my clients for your incredible support over the years. Moving forward, I plan to continue showing up as The Bodywork Practice, but things may look a little different from here on. I’ll keep you updated as our journey unfolds!

IMPORTANT: If you have an outstanding gift voucher, please book your session as soon as possible. These sessions will take priority, but all vouchers must be redeemed by 27th February 2025—they will no longer be valid after this date.

Thank you for being a part of this journey with me. I’m so excited to share what’s next as we step into this new chapter.

With love,
Mandie

🌿 Incorporate Deep Breathing During Your Bodywork Session 🌿

Deep breathing is a simple yet powerful tool that can transform your bodywork experience. By focusing on your breath during the session, you invite a deeper sense of relaxation and allow your body to release tension on a cellular level.

When you breathe deeply, you engage your parasympathetic nervous system, which helps to calm your mind and soothe your body. This relaxed state encourages the release of physical and emotional tension, making it easier for the body to let go of tight muscles and stored stress.

Moreover, deep breathing enhances circulation by increasing oxygen flow throughout the body. This improved blood flow aids in flushing out toxins and promotes the healing process. As your muscles receive more oxygenated blood, they soften, allowing for deeper work without discomfort.

Next time you’re on the massage table, remember to breathe deeply and mindfully. It’s not just about relaxation—it’s about giving your body the support it needs to heal and rejuvenate. 🌸✨
