🏗️ A NEW CHAPTER FOR ❤️💚

Our Clubroom redevelopment has made the news! 📰

After months of planning, construction and plenty of work behind the scenes, we’re now in the final stretch of our $300,000 State Government-supported upgrades — just in time for the 2026/27 season.

The project has delivered significant improvements across our Clubrooms, including our alfresco area, expanded administration space, refurbished training facilities and new meeting room — creating better spaces for our members, volunteers and the wider community.

A huge thank you to Stuart Aubrey MLA for his support and assistance in helping make this project a reality. We’re incredibly grateful for his ongoing support of Trigg Island SLSC and the work our volunteers do within the community.

There have also been countless volunteer hours and plenty of people involved in getting us to this point — thank you to everyone who has played a part. 🙌

We can’t wait to welcome everyone back and put these new spaces to work as season 2026/27 gets underway! 🌊☀️

💚 WE’RE HIRING | Member Services Co-ordinator

We’re looking for an organised, friendly and people-focused person to join the Trigg Island SLSC team!

Our new Member Services Co-ordinator will work three days per week, helping create a great experience for our members, volunteers and visitors while supporting the day-to-day operations of .

The role will cover a mix of member services, registrations, communications, uniforms and merchandise, general administration and support for our volunteer portfolios.

We’re looking for someone who loves helping people, communicates well, is organised and enjoys being part of a busy community environment. Experience in surf lifesaving, sport, community or volunteer organisations would be great – but isn’t essential.

💰 $41,000 p.a. + superannuation
📆 Part-time | 3 days per week
💳 Salary packaging available

🎨 TRIGG ART CLUB EXHIBITION RETURNS TO

Our friends at Trigg Art Club are returning to the Trigg Island SLSC Clubrooms this September for their annual Art Exhibition & Sale!

Come along and browse a fantastic collection of original artwork from local artists, with all profits from the exhibition once again supporting Trigg Island Surf Life Saving Club and our lifesaving activities. 🌊💚

📅 Saturday 19 September | 9am–5pm
📅 Sunday 20 September | 9am–5pm

🎟️ Raffle tickets – 3 for $5

There’s also a fantastic Door Prize up for grabs — lunch or dinner for eight at Parliament House, generously donated by Stuart Aubrey MLA! The winner will be drawn at 5pm Sunday.

Trigg Art Club has been part of our local community since 1969 and has been a wonderful supporter of Trigg Island SLSC, helping contribute thousands of dollars towards lifesaving equipment in recent years.
