Back when I was 25, I really thought I had all the answers when it came to nutrition, and I genuinely believed I was doing all the right things.
Fast forward 10 years, another decade of studying, working with hundreds of clients, making plenty of mistakes myself, and simply getting older, and you realise there’s always more to learn.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learnt is that health isn’t about having perfect nutrition. It’s about building habits that fit your life, enjoying the food you eat, finding movement you actually look forward to, and accepting that life isn’t always going to be perfect and that’s okay.
Looking back, I definitely laugh at some of the things I believed at 25. What’s something you believed at 25 that you’ve completely changed your mind about?
