Dear Customers and Clients...
Yesterday, very late in her personal time, an employee of mine was called an "idiot" by a client via text message. But in fact, it was the client who was behaving like one, because she lashed out, left a bad review etc, citing that the "lady" (I ain't a 1 man bandshow fkfce), had not given them the address of where to attend their reading yesterday - the reading, was in fact for the following Saturday. March 23rd!
Let's do this publicly, so people understand where we are at with this.
1. If you make an appointment, please read all the description of the service. If you struggle with any of that, you can text or email and ask for help.
2. If you make a booking, please read and sign the contract you are emailed. You will NOT receive your service until that contract is signed.
3. We do not answer phone calls and we take up to 3 days to respond to text msgs and emails.
4. If you have a booking, double check the date you booked to ensure there are no misunderstandings. We aren't ones for making you feel embarrassed when mistakes are made, but we don't put up with bull$hit. No person should have your troubles aimed at them! You deserve what you get back when you do this to innocent people.
5. We have it clearly stated that we do not answer calls and when we do finally answer calls and messages, it will be within 3 days. We DO NOT need to answer you before that time frame, because 1 your booking will not be within that time frame and 2, nothing is that urgent that we can or will - because your booking can take up to a week or 2 to be fulfilled, just as it says when you made the booking and selected the time and date yourself.
6. If you abuse or act like an a$$hooooolllle, you WILL NOT get your reading and YOU WILL NOT get your money back. We have a right to protect our staff and to protect our income. Income Protection is a thing!
Your abuse violates all of our terms and conditions and the law! We do not have to put up with your bull$hit! Leave a bad review, I don't even givafk! Witches karma is a marvellous thing and can go on and on and on... and on and on and on, when the right practitioner is at hand...
7. We aren't a 1 man dodgy brothers backyard show. We pay taxes, are trademarked and take business very seriously, just as we do our clients, but if you fkwithme or any of my employees, you absolutely will not get a dime or time from me! I aint no little old lady or love and lighter, I call a spade a spade and if I was allowed to, there's so much more I would say to get my point across here...
8. Do not assume that I will personally respond to you, if you email or text the business number - I often don't.
9. So lady! who left the bad review because she was mistaken about her own booking date and time and was demanding answers outside of business hours, and during a time frame that we were all very busy, and who called my employee an "idiot"... you get nothing! Send a genuine apology and I may reconsider my decision... +
10. New Clients are no longer being offered cheaper or shorter options to ascertain financial commitment to the cause and that you understand we take what we do here, very seriously. We need to know that you do too! We don't want halfa$$ed booking makers!
11. No refunds, No reschedules (unless you are genuinely too sick to even do phone or video)... and that's the bottom line.
12. I am a Witch. Not a pretend one... one that daily practices her craft and is paid to do very successful spell work for others, including Black Magick so I am not sure I would ever call a staff member an "idiot".
