This one is a musing I’ve written over the last few days! Of EVERYTHING that has come up for me since WILD AGAIN 🫶🏼

I would appreciate it so much if you took the time to read it, share with me if any of it resonates with you. One of my deepest writings in SO long 🥰 I’m not even exaggerating when I say I sat with this one for hours.

My biggest takeaway from the weekend is HOW FU***NG PROUD of me I am, and I’m not minimising that for anyone. The way I backed myself and created my vision after spending so much of my life not feeling good enough, misunderstood or told constantly I’m TOO MUCH.

I took that too much with me on the weekend and boy did I deliver. And that isn’t coming from ego either. The way every woman spoke about the experience and the safety they felt. Safety you can only give when you find that WITHIN yourself.

The capacity I have and how capable I am. To hold every woman with such compassion and integrity.

To witness them in their vulnerability. And hold them there.
To witness myself and finally allowing myself to be SEEN in my work.

Trust me when I say WILD AGAIN will be back very soon! 🥰😍

I still don’t have words for yesterday. So I’m going to sit with this for a tad longer before I share. I’d rather from a place of integration than adrenaline.

One thing I will say is it really landed for me. This. This is what it’s all before for, and this is exactly where I’m meant to be.

The week that was!!!

Pivoted like the queen I am! Even with everything life threw my way I’m still showing up for me and backing myself in ways I’ve never been able to before.

The tiniest bit of pressure and I’ve had folded on my dreams to make sure everything in my life was fixed and back to normal before i’d start on me again!

I’ve really noticed this week how I have SO much more capacity for life! Even in the chaos I was so fu***ng calm! Almost psychotically calm 🤣

AM I OK!??! 🤣✌🏼 but I’m here for it!

For years I’ve sat and wondered what is the fu***ng point! What’s it all been for!?! And this week something’s significantly shifted in me and I can see it was all for this!

To have capacity to show up as a great mum and wife, while juggling and pivoting like a fu***ng queen! And still being able to fill my own cup! Because when mine is full I can give from over flow! And boy have I done that this week! 🫶🏼🫶🏼

Bring on Sunday! My first in person event. I apologise for the spam! Even though if you know you know I’m not even a bit sorry I’ve fu***ng worked so hard for this! 🫶🏼🥰
