Happy Monday, Meet The Power of Chiropractic!

Poor posture can lead to discomfort, pain, and reduced mobility. Check out our beloved patient photos, can you spot the difference?

Posture can be influenced by many factors including movement habits, pain, strength and mobility.

Chiropractic care may form part of an individual management plan where clinically appropriate. We cant guarantee results but we can promise a service and care in what we do.

Desk job? It's time to improve your posture. Call Us 💪

Happy Birthday to the one and only Dr Ray 🎉

Our Clinical Lead, resident perfectionist and owner of one of the most recognisable grins at PHC 😄

With 20+ years of experience, Ray brings a huge amount of knowledge, care and attention to detail to everything he does, especially when it comes to patient comfort and service.

We love the quirky humour, the high standards and the energy you bring to the team.

And of course, a cameo from Dr Bruno in the birthday celebrations too 😄

Happy Birthday Ray! 🎂👏

🎉 Congratulations to our Father’s Day Hamper winners, Kimberley & Jenny! 2 lucky Fathers.

Each hamper was valued at over $500 and included a massage gun, 45-minute massage voucher and plenty of handy dad goodies.

A little extra special for us too, as both Kimberley and Jenny are long-term PHC patients who have been with us for years. And a big congratulations to Jenny, who is expecting baby number two! ❤️

Should we do another giveaway for Christmas? Maybe even bigger and better? 🎄👀

Proud to help thousands of people every year from our West Perth clinic 🙌

What makes PHC different?

It’s more than just chiropractic.

Our chiropractors work alongside physiotherapists, remedial massage therapists and other health professionals, giving patients access to multiple forms of care under one roof 🏥

For some, chiropractic is the right starting point.
For others, the best approach may include physio, massage or another service.

That’s the benefit of having a bigger healthcare team around you 💪

⚡️Spinal Health Week 2026: WOMEN & BACKPAIN ⚡️

For many women, balancing work, family and caring responsibilities, back pain doesn’t just affect the body – it can add to the mental load, impacting stress, energy and overall wellbeing.

New back pain impact data reveals that 87% of Australian women experienced back pain in the past year, highlighting just how widespread this issue has become.
Among female back pain sufferers:

🧠 46% report a moderate to extreme impact on their mental health
💛 80% say their quality of life is affected, with 29% impacted often or always
⚖️ 53% say back pain adds to their mental load
🎯 21% report difficulty concentrating

These findings reinforce this year's Healthy Spine, Healthy Mind message and the importance of helping Australians understand that back pain affects more than just the body.

We got your back Perth 🙏

🌸 Ladies, Back Pain Isn't Just Back Pain

Back and neck pain can affect far more than your spine.

It can impact:
✨ Sleep
✨ Energy
✨ Mood
✨ Exercise
✨ Work and family life

Research shows almost **1 in 3 older Australians with back pain report a moderate-to-severe impact on their mental wellbeing.**

Too often, women put everyone else first while accepting pain, stiffness and headaches as "normal."

But pain should never be accepted as part of ageing.

At Perth Healthcare, we've supported 200,000+ patient visits since 2019, helping Perth women feel, move and live better.

🌸 Live Better
