We want to help you take control of your health and well-being, to reach and maintain your optimal health. Dr Gareth is the head of our well-being team, he graduated from Murdoch University with both a Bachelor of Science (Chiro) and a Bachelor of Chiropractic under his belt and competing an honours degree in chiropractic. he has a passion for gait analysis & walking/running technique. Dr Sasha is our "brains", she graduated from Murdoch University as Dux of her class. She has now completed her PhD in Chiropractic! She is passionate about promoting chiropractic for all ages, and has a particular interest in chiropractic during pregnancy. She has recently accepted a permanent position as lecturer at Murdoch University in the Chiropractic Department. Dr Cameron, is a 2015 graduate of Murdoch University. He is a passionate, enthusiastic Sports Chiropractor and Sport Scientist. He is a competitive ballroom dancer. Dr Tanja is our most recent addition and is passionate about sport and pregnancy care. She's a mother of two active kids and also likes going to the gym & generally being active herself. She also completed a Biomedical Science degree before she completed her chiropractic degree.

Thinking about joining "The Push-Up Challenge" this June, but not sure where to start?

Start slow and build up gradually. Begin with wall push-ups or incline push-ups, then move to knee push-ups before trying full push-ups. Focus on good form, be consistent, and celebrate every little improvement/win!

Remember, everyone starts somewhere. A few push-ups today can become many more in a few weeks. Keep going, be patient with yourself, and enjoy the journey! 💪😊
