World Alzheimer’s Day

On the 21st of September we recognise the people living with Alzheimer’s and dementia, and the families, carers and support networks who walk alongside them.

Living with dementia brings many changes, but a person is always more than their diagnosis. They deserve to be treated with dignity, patience and understanding, while being supported to maintain their independence and continue doing the things that matter to them.

Let’s help create a community where people living with Alzheimer’s and dementia feel included, supported and never forgotten.
