Today I experienced my first Chao Dao tea ceremony at Vitality House. I found myself pondering on why we silence stillness sometimes- why we so often fill it, avoid it, or rush past it instead of letting it speak.

As I gazed through the window, I watched leaves gently drifting from a tree. Instead of seeing loss, I saw wisdom. Trees don't cling to what is ready to fall. They surrender, trusting that what returns will be stronger, fuller, and more vibrant than before.

It felt like a quiet reminder that we, too, are designed to regenerate. We can release old stories, outdated versions of ourselves, and the heaviness we've been carrying. In doing so, we create space for new growth.

I also found myself reflecting on this body that carries me through life. It is not just something I live in—it is the sacred vessel of my soul. It deserves care, nourishment, rest, and reverence.

Sometimes the deepest insights don't arrive through striving or searching. They come in the stillness... over a simple cup of tea, while watching leaves fall.
