There is no better time to integrate a 3-day constellation experience than during a 5-hour, quiet airplane journey all by myself. 🙌

My heart is so full of love, which I am enjoying all by myself for now, and I am finally ready to accept that love for myself, too. 🥰

I have been working on my relationship with myself this weekend, and what better way to connect with oneself than by digging really deep into the core of what is driving our thoughts, behaviours and needs.

What is mine, and what am I carrying out of love for my family system, in the hope that I can help them, save them and make life easier for them.

Shavasti’s facilitation was nothing less than amazing. Going straight to the core, seeing beneath the surface with such care, grace and kindness.

He initiated healing in us through some very simple yet profoundly powerful healing sentences.

He offered so many valuable group exercises that will stay with me for a long time.

He read poems, told stories and shared an immense amount of wisdom.

What an experience! Not only did I get to explore and reconnect with a part of myself, but I also had the opportunity to work on my connection with myself and my family system during this mind blowing 3 day experience.

I feel so honoured, grateful and blessed that I said yes to it!

It was so worth it. ❤️

My heart is so open and filled with the love that has always been there, but perhaps I wasn’t quite able to receive until now. 🥰

If I had to pick one area of my life where family constellations changed me - that would be how I am looking at my parents now.
With compassion, love and acceptance, there is no blame, no hard feelings.
We would love to be loved in a way we imagine to be loved but the reality is everyone will try to love you the way they want to be loved and to the capacity of what they are able to give.
The path is still unfolding, there is a lot of room to grow but I am grateful to have found this feeling within me! ✨🥰
