I am pleased to announce that I am bringing my years of Mat Pilates experience in the UK to my local Australian communities, starting by offering one on one tailored classes in the comfort of your own home designed for your specific needs. All abilities can be catered for, whether your a seasoned Pilates advocate or a complete beginner, all you need is a mat, some floorspace and yourself and I will do the rest.
