Week 30

Happy to share that Gianna will be transitioning to real peanuts in a fortnight! 🥳🥳

We updosed to our last peanut solution today, we reached 1 ml of whole milk and moved up to Solution B for egg.

Gia said she’s been very brave, and we definitely agree ☺️ She always prays with me when we get home and thank Jesus for all the healing she has gone through 💕

God is amazing ❤️

Week 29

Gia has been growing fast, she gained weight and was half an inch taller ☺️

She’s more active and always trying to keep up with Tala 😅

She’s tolerating her doses well but I noticed she’s coughing occasionally these days. Her sneezes are getting more frequent. I think spring is coming soon and pollen is already irritating her nose.

Keep praying, God is listening 💕

Gianna was so eager to see Dr Tom and her nurses today. It’s so amazing how she’s gone from being fearful of medical staff to being excited to see them every fortnight. It’s funny, too, how she’ll be in full glam for her appointment—hair done, tutu, sunnies, and cool shoes on. 😂

Hopefully, she’ll tolerate her new doses this week. God is good. 💕

Week 27

Gia has been tolerating her doses well, she gets a few redness here and there but nothing major. Praying this week ends well for her 💕

Yey! We did it again! Gianna had a smooth escalation this morning. She was a very chatty lady, non-stop storytelling 😂 It was good to hear her GPs talking about how well she’s been doing. We are praying everything will go well until she graduates 💕

Lift it all up to God, He’s always with us 💕☺️

Week 25

Another day of updosing, we reached 0.4 ml of whole milk and 8 ml of Peanut Solution D 🙌🏻

Gia had a bit of a voice change after dosing, it gave us all a fright. It might be due to her sudden meltdown after her dose due to her ice popsicle. Her voice is back to normal now and we are grateful for the care our Nurse and Dr Tom gave her. They throughly checked her for other symptoms and listened to her breathing to make sure there’s no wheezing. What a relief!

Gia gave thanks to Jesus for keeping her safe ☺️ (this always makes me smile)

God is good, All the time 💕

Week 24

Gia is doing well with her current dose. She’s growing up too fast, I can’t imagine she’s 3 in a couple of weeks. I tried baking a GF mini cake today with coconut custard and blueberries, turned out really good 😊

In God we trust, His way is the only way 💕

Week 23

We successfully up-dosed to 0.3 whole milk and 6 ml peanut Solution D.

We were pushed back by a week, but we managed to go up today with no issues. Gianna has been going through some toddler development emotionally and physically, so it’s quite challenging to give her doses these days. It’s another phase we need to get through, but that’s alright; it’s part of life ☺️. These sisters are inseparable, whether playing or having tantrums, always together 😂.

God is gracious; God bless us all 💕.
