In this two day journey, I will guide you in deep soulful meditation, movement and sound. This is a safe place, where you will reconnect with your inner Self. self reflective practices, mindfulness, journal writing, meditative practices, group discussion and we will be working through fear, shame and anger in a super safe way. Day two: We will dive deeper into our emotions, using techniques such as, mindfulness, meditation and guided visualization, ...... that will help us explore and release in a super safe and gentle way anything that needs your attention. You'll be supported to safely explore sadness and joy and love, and look at some of your life's purpose. What to bring? Your willingness to commit as fully as you can moment to moment. A journal or note pad, comfortable clothing. I have over 20 years experience working on my own Self and helping others to reconnect. I have a degree in Psychology, and training in mindfulness based psychotherapy, and have been running these new leaf workshops for the last 8 years.
