Nascha Nascha Inc. Who are we? Nascha was founded in 1991 by six families seeking long-term, living solutions for their loved ones. What do we offer?

is an innovative and transparent NDIS provider in Perth that has been providing individualised tailored support to Western Australians with a disability since 1991. Since then, we have grown steadily into a respected and trusted member of the disability services community in WA. Supported independent living (SIL) – Support within your own home, or in a shared rental property. Social community & Leisure support – Support to connect you with community groups, events, your friends and family. Host family arrangements – Full time support with a host, in their home.

🌟 We’re Hiring – Experienced Male Support Worker's Wanted! 🌟
Looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference? 💙

Nascha is looking for experienced Male Support Worker's to join our team and provide meaningful, person-centered support across Community Access and Supported Independent Living (SIL).
This opportunity includes supporting one participant through Community Access (CA), with the chance to pick up additional shifts across our SIL houses for the right person.
Due to the participant’s individual support needs and preferences, a male Support Worker is required to help build a strong and consistent support relationship.

✨ What’s available:
✅ Work with a supportive team who value quality support
✅ Make a genuine impact supporting independence, choice, and everyday goals

📅 Availability required:
Minimum 3-4 days availability

We’re looking for someone who is:
⭐ Experienced with Positive Behaviour Support (BSP) plans
⭐ Confident supporting complex needs
⭐ Reliable, patient, and respectful
⭐ Passionate about building positive relationships
