A 55-year-old patient presents with sudden painless redness in the right eye without vision changes. Exam shows a well-defined haemorrhage over the temporal bulbar conjunctiva consistent with a subconjunctival haemorrhage. Work-up includes BP check and medication review (anticoagulants), and management consists of reassurance, artificial tears, and optional cold compresses, with resolution in 1–2 weeks (up to ~3 weeks if on blood thinners).
