🌱 A little Huna thought as we head into spring...

One of the seven principles of Huna is Kala - there are no limits.
And yet, how many limitations do we create in our own minds?

We decide what we can and can't do. What is possible and impossible. We tell ourselves we're not capable, too afraid, not ready, not strong enough... or that things simply can't change.

And then those thoughts can start to feel like facts.

But they aren't always facts.

Sometimes they are fears. Sometimes they're old beliefs. Sometimes they're stories we've carried for so long that we've forgotten to question them.

For me, Kala is an invitation to become aware of those stories.

To ask:
Is this actually true?
Or is this a limitation my mind has created?

We may not be able to choose everything that happens in life, but perhaps there is far more freedom in how we meet it than we sometimes realise.

And maybe that's where change begins.

As we move towards a new season, it feels like a beautiful time to ask: What limitation are you ready to question?
