⚠️ Telstra Network Outage ⚠️

Port Fairy Medical Clinic is currently experiencing the effects of the ongoing Telstra network outage.

📞 Our phone service is operating with limited capacity, so you may experience difficulty getting through to the clinic.

💻 Our medical software is still functioning normally, and appointments are continuing as scheduled. However, please be aware that telephone consultations may be interrupted or disconnected due to the network issues.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while Telstra works to restore services. We apologise for any inconvenience and will provide updates as more information becomes available.

👩‍⚕️ Welcome to Port Fairy Medical Clinic, Dr Zoe Vaughan!

We are delighted to introduce our new GP Registrar, Dr Zoe Vaughan, who will begin working with us later this month.

After graduating from Monash University in 2018, Zoe moved to Geelong where she completed her internship, resident years, and began her GP registrar training. She enjoys all aspects of general practice, with particular interests in women's health and children's health.

Zoe and her husband made the exciting move to Port Fairy at the end of last year with their new baby daughter and much-loved dog, Hank. Having spent many years visiting Port Fairy with her family while growing up, she is thrilled to now call this wonderful community home.

When she's not at the clinic, you'll likely find Zoe walking Hank along Port Fairy's beautiful coastline, heading out on a hiking adventure, playing netball with the Port Fairy Seagulls, or spending quality time with family and friends.

Please join us in giving Dr Zoe Vaughan a warm Port Fairy welcome!

Port Fairy Medical Clinic was honored to be awarded the Excellence as a Teaching Practice award in the GP Term for 2025 by the University of Melbourne. This is not only an award for our amazing team at Port Fairy, Koroit, and Macarthur, but also to you, the community, who allow us to support Student Doctors, to tell them your stories, and to support us in this very important work.

It has been rewarded for nurturing future country doctors.
