MEET THE TEAM

After almost three years away from the clinic, two babies and a whole lot of life in between, we are excited to officially announce the return of Soph - our lead physio at MVP.

And because apparently raising two little humans and running a business wasn’t spicey enough, Soph spent her time away from the clinic studying to be a Menstrual Cycle Coach (MCC). Soph has always been extremely passionate about the health of women, but it was the birth of her daughter that left her with a burning desire to make the move into the women’s health space. She is now excited to be integrating her knowledge and skills as an MCC into her rehab for females of all ages.

With over a decade of experience in musculoskeletal and sports physio, Soph continues to provide care to all members of the community, BUT if you’re a menstruating female then you can expect your rehab to be taken to the next level!
