9/7/26: When you travel with the Fire Horse, as you are this year, you follow its lead. You go where it takes you, even if it’s uncomfortable. You absorb its power and passion. You measure success not by the world’s standards but by your own merit. You’re not concerned with the disapproval of those who criticize your growth while wasting their own potential. Who take the easy way out but still expect to be invited in. This year’s energy, with its transformative, unapologetic, expansive, disruptive, and irreverent nature, will not come back for 60 years. Don’t throw away this chance at accelerated individuation. At being empowered to bring your truth into a world you’re helping to create.

9/1/2026: A new beginning is dawning.

The choice lies with each of us to decide what comes next as we co-create the reality we desire. Will it be based in old ways, old labels, old expectations, old programs? Or will it be a fresh start?

The time has come to claim our authenticity, to honor our gifts, to embrace our divine connection. Playing the victim is a story of the past. Fear based living doesn’t fit here. Today we claim our power, open fully with a loving heart, and move toward New Earth together.

Today, we remember Wayne Dyer and the wisdom he shared so generously with the world. His teachings continue to remind us to live with intention, choose love, and trust the journey. His presence is still felt in every life he touched. 🤍

8/28/2026: The eclipse cracked something open. Today, we decide what comes with us.

This is a full release point. A chance to stop carrying what has already completed its purpose, even if part of us is still holding onto the person we were when we needed it.

And on the other side of that release is a fresh beginning.

The energy today asks us to choose ourselves again. To trust what is emerging. To take the first step toward the life that has been trying to meet us, without dragging the old story into the new one.

Yesterday was the release.

Today, we begin.

There’s something special about creating a space where you can truly soften.

Every detail of my Yin space is being chosen with intention, from the props that support your body, to the little touches that help you feel held.

And if you have been in my space you will know this matters to me.

Yin isn’t just about the shapes we make with our bodies.

It’s about creating enough space to breathe, to pause, to listen and to come back to yourself.

This space is still taking shape… and I can’t wait to share it with you.

And as Virgo season begins, we get to do something with everything we’re discovering.

Refine it. Improve it. Take what we’ve learned and make choices that fit who we’re becoming.

Maybe we don’t need to become someone entirely new.

Maybe we’re getting closer and closer to the truest version of ourselves, one experience, one adjustment, one brave choice at a time.

Explore. Experiment. Change your mind. Try the thing.

There is so much possibility here.

SEPTEMBER is the month.

It’s finally happening.

I’m so excited to share that I’ll be offering my Yin Yoga sessions in Rockhampton.

I’ve been wanting to create this space for a while, but family life came first but I’m so excited to finally share it with you.

A space to step away from the busyness of life, slow everything down and come back to yourself.

To breathe a little deeper.
To soften.
To listen.
To allow yourself to be held by the practice.

If you’ve been craving more rest, grounding, connection or simply a moment that is just for you… I’d love to share this space with you.
