🗣️ Introducing: Topic of the Day! 🗳️

We’ve started something new in the office called “Topic of the Day” and it’s quickly become a favourite!

Each day we put two options head to head and ask everyone to vote for their favourite. Whether it’s food, movies, holidays, animals, or completely random debates, it’s always interesting to see what comes out on top and hear everyone’s reasons behind their choice.

It’s a fun way to get conversations flowing, learn more about each other, and settle some of life’s most important questions! 😆

💃 Dance sessions that Cosmic Dance School is offering!💃

Hello!



We run a program called Dance Cirque, this is a fun circus based program that is non-competitive and inclusive where children, young people and adults can build confidence and strength while engaging in "hidden" fitness such as aerial skills and juggling.



Dance Cirque helps with:



Confidence & mental wellbeing - recognised for building self-esteem and resilience in a supportive setting, with studies linking circus training to improved mental health in young people.



Fun for All Skill Levels - Unlike some competitive sports, Dance Cirque is designed for all fitness levels to enjoy, emphasizing creativity and play.



Progressive Learning - Students progress at their own pace, using colour-coded graded levels and progress cards to mark achievements.



Social & Emotional Growth - The program promotes teamwork, encouraging kids to work together, make friends, and support each other.



Safe Environment - It is structured to be safe, with programs designed alongside physiotherapists and specialists to ensure proper technique.



We are offering a Special Needs Dance Cirque Class on Monday's at 5pm and we would love for you guys to share with your clients. Classes are $15 for 30min per student.

We currently have Level 3 High functioning autistic clients who are begging us for this class! They will be bringing their support workers along with them.



We are trying to get the word out as we have had a lot of interest from family members in the school and would love to get this class up and running :)
