🧐Latest FAQ - How Do I Choose the Right Pillow? 🛏️

A - Choosing the right pillow is about keeping your neck in a comfortable, neutral position while you sleep—there's no one-size-fits-all option.

Here are a few simple tips:
☑️ Side sleepers: Choose a higher, firmer pillow to fill the gap between your shoulder and head.
☑️ Back sleepers: A medium-height pillow is usually best to support the natural curve of your neck.
☑️ Stomach sleepers: A low pillow (or no pillow) may reduce neck strain, although this sleeping position isn't ideal for neck health.

Your pillow should feel supportive, maintain its shape, and suit your body size and sleeping position. If you regularly wake with neck pain or headaches, it may be time to replace your pillow—or have your neck assessed.

🔨 August is Tradies National Health Month! 🦺

Tradies keep Australia moving, but too often they put their own health last. This Tradies National Health Month, we're encouraging tradies to stop pushing through pain and start looking after the body that earns their living. 💪

The latest national survey highlights just how common work-related pain is:
👉 68% of Tradies say they most commonly experience pain or discomfort in their back, neck or shoulders.
👉 More than half of Tradies, including nearly 40% of those in Gen Z and more than a third of millennials, say they lack confidence in their ability to continue working in their trade until retirement age, with ongoing physical strain and general wear and tear the most cited reasons.
👉 Only 10% of Tradies say they regularly see a physio to help prevent work-related pain or injury.

The encouraging news? Nearly two in three tradies who saw a physiotherapist experienced a significant reduction—or complete resolution—of their pain.🙌
