🌟 Tuesday Life Skills 🌟

Each week, our Tuesday Life Skills group continues to build confidence, independence and healthy habits through fun, hands-on activities.

From making healthy food choices and preparing nutritious meals to staying active by kicking the soccer ball around and shooting hoops, our participants are developing lifelong habits that support their wellbeing. They also strengthen their money handling and budgeting skills through interactive games like Monopoly, where they practise counting money, giving change and making financial decisions in a fun and supportive environment.

It's incredible to see everyone's confidence continue to grow as they learn new skills, support one another and enjoy every session together. We can't wait to see what they achieve next! 💙

🏉 Dreams really do come true! 🦈💙🖤

What an unforgettable day for Beckham, who had the incredible opportunity to meet some of the players from his favourite NRL team, the Cronulla Sharks! Seeing the excitement, smiles and pure joy on his face was something truly special.

Moments like these are about more than just meeting sporting heroes, they're about creating lifelong memories, building confidence, and celebrating the things that bring people happiness.

🍔 Cooking Group in Action! 🍔
This week our Cooking Group took on the challenge of recreating everyone's favourite Maccas-style cheeseburgers... and they absolutely nailed it! 👏🔥
From preparing the ingredients and cooking the patties to building the perfect burger, everyone got involved, learnt new skills, worked together, and had plenty of laughs along the way.
The best part? Sitting down together to enjoy the delicious burgers they created from scratch.
