For a long time, I had very little memory of my own childhood. As I began doing deeper healing work, I started to uncover the patterns I had carried from a young age and the ways they were shaping my life, relationships, and purpose. The biggest shift came when I realised I had to heal the inception point within myself, rather than only looking outside of myself for the answer.

One of the things Iโ€™ve learned through working at deeper spiritual levels is that being able to access information does not automatically mean we understand what we are receiving.

You can be highly intuitive.

You can channel.

You can feel energy very clearly.

You can receive information through your body, your knowing, your pendulum, or your spiritual connection. โœจ

But access and discernment are not the same thing.

Iโ€™ve seen incredibly gifted people receive enormous amounts of information, yet struggle to understand where it is coming from, what is influencing it, or whether what they are receiving is actually aligned with their highest guidance.

This is why I believe developing our gifts is only one part of spiritual growth.

We also have to develop ourselves. Our self-awareness. Our connection to self. ๐ŸŒฟ

Our understanding of our own emotional patterns, fears, trauma, and programming. And our ability to recognise when something outside of ourselves may be influencing what we perceive.

Because the more information you are able to access, the more important discernment becomes.

For me, deeper spiritual development has never been about simply opening myself further and further.

It has been about becoming clearer. Understanding more. And strengthening my own authority so that I can recognise what is mine, what is guidance, and what is interference. โค๏ธ

A lot of people chasing endless spiritual expansion are unknowingly creating a misalignment to their highest path. Interference can mask itself as higher frequency and uplifting energy, but over time it erodes sovereignty and divine potential. Misinformation is a doorway, and not everything that feels like alignment actually is.

People go to group healings and activations and come away sick, deregulated, or stuck in a cycle they cannot get out of. Spiritual teachers sell it as kundalini activating, but that is not what is happening. Entity interference is drawn to exactly these spaces where people are working with and dumping trauma. Without understanding this, people can spend years stalling their own conscious expansion without ever knowing why.

Entity interference does not just create subtle friction, it ranges from quiet restrictions all the way to severing someone from their spiritual connection entirely. You cannot touch light at the higher levels of growth. You cannot elevate unless you release these restrictions first. Most people only reference light and regulation, but that is only half the equation.

Something Iโ€™ve come to understand through my own journey is that every expansion has asked more of me.
๐Ÿ”“ Every time Iโ€™ve unlocked a new vibration, a new level of soul guidance, or a new spiritual capacity, Iโ€™ve had to move through another level of dark interference to access it.
For me, spiritual growth has never been about simply reaching a point where everything becomes easy. It has been a progression.
As my gifts have developed, so has the level of understanding Iโ€™ve needed.
๐Ÿ‘‰ Iโ€™ve had to learn how to work at the highest levels of both dark and lightโ€ฆ how to recognise what is presenting, how to navigate it, and how to command and release what is preventing that next level of connection from coming through.
And through that process, my understanding of healing has continued to evolve.
There is always another level of awareness. Another level of soul guidance. Another level of spiritual capacity.
But with every new level comes the responsibility to understand what you are opening yourself to and what may be standing between you and that expansion. ๐Ÿ™
This has been my path for many years. Learning how to heal, release, and command dark energy and entities so that the highest levels of light, guidance, and soul alignment can come through.
The deeper I have gone into my own evolution, the more I have understood that expansion is not only about accessing more.
It is about developing the understanding and authority to meet what comes with it.
That has been one of the greatest lessons of my own journey.
And perhaps this is something for you to consider within your own journey too.

They recover.
Then the same thing happens again.
The question isn't always, "How do I protect myself?"
The question is...
Why does the interference keep returning?
๐˜๐จ๐ฎ ๐ก๐š๐ฏ๐ž ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ง๐, ๐ซ๐ž๐œ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐Ÿ๐ž๐ซ๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž ๐๐จ๐ž๐ฌ๐ง'๐ญ ๐ก๐š๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ž๐ง ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐š ๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ฌ๐จ๐ง.
There is usually an attachment mechanism... something within the person's energetic, emotional, physical, neurological, or multidimensional field that continues allowing the interference to occur.
Until that attachment mechanism is understood and healed, people can find themselves repeating the same cycle over and over again.
This is why I place so much importance on understanding the mechanics of entity interference, rather than simply trying to protect against it.
When you understand why something is happening, you move beyond fear and begin developing true spiritual authority and energetic sovereignty.

Being bitten by an animal, eating in a dream, or being told to wake up, these are not random. But context matters. Not every dream is a warning. When your brain is in housekeeping mode, it is simply processing the day. The key is understanding what state of brain regulation you are in and whether what you are experiencing is astral travel or something else entirely.
