Why I'm Hosting This Retreat?
This retreat is more than just a holiday—It's something I've dreamed of creating from my heart.
If you've been feeling tired, overwhelmed, or just need a break from the busyness of life, I'd love to share this journey with you.
As someone who grew up in South Korea and now calls Australia home, I want to share the beauty of my country in a meaningful way. Not just the famous places, but the peaceful forests, tea culture, healing hot springs, delicious local food, and the slower way of life that helps us reconnect with ourselves.
Over the years, yoga has taught me that healing begins when we slow down. My hope is to create a space where you can rest, breathe deeply, move your body, and simply enjoy the present moment.
I can't wait to explore, practice yoga, laugh, and create beautiful memories together in Jeju Island. 💚🌿
