Today’s beautiful, potent Full Moon brings with it a beautiful invitation to awaken, to see yourself more clearly and to release the parts of you that no longer align with the woman you’re becoming.

Aquarius is the sign of authenticity, FREEDOM, higher consciousness and breaking free from old ways of being.

This Full Moon shines a light on the patterns, beliefs and identities that may have once protected you, but are now keeping you small. Parts of you you’ve outgrown..

I love shadow work, and Full Moons can often feel emotional, heavy or expansive. BUT when you begin to understand and work with the energy of the Moon, you’ll discover that Full Moons are some of our greatest opportunities for healing. They don’t create what comes up for you, they illuminate it whats already there. They reveal what has been sitting in the shadows, hidden in our blind spots, been suppressed or repressed- the shadowy aspects that have been waiting to be acknowledged, understood and released- and we get to harness the energy of the Full Moon to courageously see and shift, to feel and heal, to release and free ourselves!!!

✨ Forever in the right place, at exactly the right time ✨

I arrived at New Zealand airport recently, super excited to explore a new country solo. I breezed through the first gate in customs then ended up in the long line to be cleared by the paw patrol security 🐾😅

I was feeling slightly nervous at what I thought was the drug dog- I knew it was going to come to me, which didn’t make logical sense, (8 years sober here🤗😂) clearly my intuition was on point.

Anyway it got to my turn and the dog jumped allll over my bags. I started calculating how long I’ve had the bag for, wondering how it could’ve bee exposed to drugs (knowing it couldn’t have been haha).

I got pulled aside by a very serious woman who started emptying my bags.. she was very focussed asking me if they were my bags, if I’d packed them, if I knew what was in them… I was thinking whaaaat IS in them 😅 Then…. she found the tip of a banana.

It was a food dog 😅😂

In the car at the Sydney airport, at the last minute I chose to empty my handbag and take Zeon’s baby bag/backpack instead. Naturally left over food was in it

As she continued emptying it she came across my little Duckie, one that my Daughter bought for me to take on my first solo overseas trip to USA early last year. That little Duckie has been to the Grand Canyon and hiked with me to the top of the Sedona Mountains. It was with me when my hire car lost its brakes on the freeway and I was stranded for hours at night on the side of the road.. and everytime I felt edgy- I’d look at that little Duckie and think f**k YES. I’ve SO got this.
It came with me as I traveled solo to Uluru and now to NZ. My little Positive Duckie 🐥

Anyway, the very serious security Guard going through my bags pulled little Duckie out, and froze. And cried. And softened. She looked at me with sincerity and said “I really needed that, Thank you”.

She said oh something is wrong with my eyes 😅 as she cried 🤍 I excitedly told her to let it out. To release 🤍

I told her that’s why I changed bags, why the dog smelt the tip of the banana- she was meant to meet little Duckie.

I hugged her and entered NZ feeling soooo expanded, so grateful so aligned. EVERYTHING happens for a reason ✨

We are all just visitors to this Earth,
To this spectacularly beautiful place..
We get just One life in this body,
One go being in this time and space.

Its easy to forget what a miracle
it is to be alive,
To fall into discontent, suffering,
Just coping to survive.

While it’s not just rainbows and lollipops,
‘Cause we came here to learn and Grow,
Its a beautifully messy rollercoaster ride,
We also get to expand, shine and Glow.

We get to experience all emotions,
To be human is to feel.
What you give is what you get,
Yes- Karma is real.

The truth is we’re the creators,
And more powerful than we’ve been led to believe,
Our true currency is energy, and
Our true nature is to receive.

The mind’s a very powerful tool,
What you focus on grows,
And where your focus goes,
Your Energy flows.

When life feels wildly abundant,
Share and have a grateful heart,

Who you be TODAY is who you are.

People have this idea that putting it off for tomorrow is a great plan… In fact it’s the ego’s favourite go-to because this plan immediately alleviates the discomfort that comes with change, growth, showing up- it gives you a ‘free’ pass to do f**k all

BUT the cost of that is it puts you in pause mode… where nothing grows, flows or flourishes. Just rinse and repeating…

Days, weeks, months, even years pass and you’re still telling yourself you’ll do it tomorrow… or one day- same/same…

I’ve heard it so many times- it’s just a busy day/week/month/season…

People unconsciously living life in pause mode, or- living as this perceived ‘temporary’ version of themselves when in fact- who you be today is who you ARE….

So many people are unintentionally throwing away their power to live the most incredible f**king life, as the best version of themselves by planning to begin honouring themselves tomorrow.

Telling themselves they’ll get better, do better tomorrow…

They’ll slow down and connect with their family tomorrow…

They’ll nurture themselves tomorrow…

They’ll face themselves, their shadow, their s**t tomorrow…

They’ll show up tomorrow…

They’ll lean into their healing, tomorrow.

The truth is tomorrow Never comes.

Using tomorrow as a plan has you putting it all on hold- growth, healing, progression, LIFE.

Tomorrow is just another today and when you realise that the power to create change is in your TODAY, and you are honest enough with yourself to recognise that who you be today is actually who you ARE, then you’ll have the key to the greatest and most successful version of yourself and your life.

🔑 Your life is made up of your today’s.. Your power is always in your today. So, who and how are you choosing to be today?

This is your reminder that it is safe for you to soften…

Your jaw,
Your shoulders,
Your breath….

EXHALE, soften.

Your physical body,
Your mind,
Your energy,

LET GO, soften.

And most importantly- your beautiful heart 🌹

Allow yourself to drop those walls, to surrender into the softness and sweetness; opening your heart up to receive the nectar, the joy, the abundance and the love of this life ❤️

Especially if you’ve experienced or are currently experiencing pain, grief, hurt, trauma- let’s not allow pain of the past to harden you, or to rob you of love available to you in the present, instead let’s double down on the softness, the receivership, the love 🌹❤️
