👋 Meet Lisa, our Rostering Team Leader and Disability Support Officer at Gold Care Home Services

Lisa has been with Gold Care for 18 months and plays an important role supporting both our rostering operations and NDIS participants. As Rostering Team Leader, she helps ensure services are delivered smoothly, mentors team members and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders. In her role as a Disability Support Officer, she works directly with clients, conducting visits and helping coordinate the support they need.

What Lisa enjoys most about her role is helping people and finding solutions when services become challenging. She is passionate about both Aged Care and Disability Support and loves being able to make a positive difference in people's lives, whether that's behind the scenes or face-to-face with clients.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband and their busy household of 6 children.

Fun fact: Lisa was once one of Australia's top squash players 🎾 and loved every minute of it!

✨ A Night of Celebration, Community & Giving Back ✨

Care Home Services was proud to attend the Co.As.It. Italian National Ball 2026, an incredible evening that brought together more than 600 members of the Italian-Australian community and supporters for a truly meaningful cause.

The event raised vital funds to help provide social support groups for adults living with disability, creating opportunities for connection, inclusion, friendship and community participation.

We were honoured to be part of such a wonderful night filled with great company, inspiring stories, outstanding entertainment and a shared commitment to making a positive difference in people's lives.

A special congratulations to our very own Cesar, who was delighted to take home a framed and signed Cristiano Ronaldo jersey from the charity auction, a memorable win in support of a wonderful cause.

Thank you to and everyone involved in organising such a remarkable event. We are proud to support organisations that help build stronger, more inclusive communities and create meaningful opportunities for people living with disability.

Gold Care Home Services

Jacqui joined Gold Care around 8 months ago and is responsible for managing the company’s marketing strategy and ex*****on. From developing campaigns that support growth and recruitment to managing the website, social media, promotional material and events, Jacqui helps connect more people with Gold Care’s services while continuing to grow awareness of the support we provide across the community.

With almost 20 years of experience in marketing across a range of industries, Jacqui says it’s especially rewarding to now work in a sector that genuinely makes a difference. Whether it’s helping people access the support they need or hearing positive feedback from clients, knowing her work has a meaningful impact is what she enjoys most about the role.

Outside of work, Jacqui loves spending time with family and friends, playing sport and cheering on the kids from the sidelines.
