My eyelid won’t stop twitching… should I worry? 👀

I hear this a lot.

Short answer: usually no.

Eyelid twitches are almost always harmless.
They can be associated with:

1️⃣Fatigue
2️⃣Stress
3️⃣Caffeine
4️⃣Not enough water
5️⃣Low Magnesium Intake

…or sometimes no clear reason at all.

They also tend to arrive in clusters — then quietly disappear.

The nervous system is a curious creature.
