Testing what I preach this morning…

This was me trying the STENDO Face Therapy after waking up feeling incredibly congested and noticing I’ve been clenching my teeth more than usual lately.

The result? My face felt lighter, less puffy, and there was a noticeable reduction in the pressure and tenderness around my jaw and temples.

To ensure fairness to all clients and the smooth operation of the clinic, we kindly ask that any cancellations or appointment changes be made with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in the full appointment fee being charged.
