ATTENTION PILATES ENTHUSIAST'S

Due to the update on the StudioBookings App and the trouble everyone has experienced I have made the decision to change my booking program to the same as my massage program My Appointments.

Message me if you want to book or cancel a class or click on the link below and if you are a client and don't know your password click on forgotten password and reset to gain entry into the system. From here you should be able to book classes.

I will transfer any existing credits on StudioBookings over to MyAppointments for those with credits.

Any problems please reach out and I will do what I can to answer your questions. I apologise for the inconvenience but together we will make this work. Stay strong, Sandy 💙

Happy Mother’s Day to all the woman out there that have given birth, adopted a child, stepped up for your partner’s kids, mothered a child that just needs a Mum or roll model.

To all the Grandma’s, Aunty’s, big Sister’s, and mother’s of children from another mother (did I get that one right?), neighbours and baby sitters that let a Mum have a well deserved break and the Dad’s that step up as Mum (and Dad).

It takes a village to bring up kids! I pray that all the Mum’s out there, no matter how that looks in your family that you except the help, the love and appreciation that you deserve.

And while I believe Mum’s should be celebrated everyday, may this Mother’s Day remind you, that you are doing a great job and without you, your family would loose the glue that holds them together. I applaud you all. Enjoy your day! 💐💝

I stopped wearing mine ages ago. I noticed it made my neck grind, this improved almost immediately. So if your neck grinds, cracks and creeks and you wear a smart watch take it off and see if your neck pain improves, mine did!
