Recent distressing news has understandably raised questions about the care people receive after they die.

At Graeme Buckle Funeral Services, caring for the person entrusted to us is at the heart of everything we do.

Our funeral home follows rigorous standards and procedures to ensure the highest levels of care, respect and professionalism from the moment someone comes into our care until the day of the funeral.

As part of the Dignity Funerals family, we've also increased our focus on Customer Care Standards, compliance visits, and operational observations, helping ensure best practice is consistently embedded across our branches. Alongside investment in new tools, training and ways of working, these measures reinforce our commitment to delivering safe, dignified, and respectful care every day.

We also believe everyone deserves that same reassurance, regardless of who they choose. That's why we've long supported greater regulation across the funeral profession.

If you have any questions about funeral care or choosing a funeral director, we're always here to help.

From all of us at Graeme Buckle Funeral Services, thank you for trusting us 🙏
