Both experiences (and everything in between) are valid.

Perinatal Mental Health Week 2025!

Perinatal mental health is one of my passions as it effects a huge number of parents, with statistics even higher for those who experience infant loss 🌈

1 in 5 new mums and 1 in 10 new dads experience perinatal depression and anxiety, which is around 100,000 Australian parents each year.

Although I see many parents who are dealing with this, there are many more who are not being supported. If this is you, please reach out to your GP, a mental health service, your midwife or CaFHS nurse, for support!

As an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with a Graduate Diploma in Family Therapy and Systemic Practice, Kirsty provides vital services including family therapy, individual therapy, supervision, and group training.

Her site continues to help connect people with the support they need, and we’re proud to have played a part in that journey.
