Statement in regards to COVID 19

Dear all,

With the current concerns about COVID-19, we would like to reassure our clients that we are taking all possible measures to reduce the risk of exposure in our clinics. Our greatest priority at this time is the health and safety of the teams at our centres and you, our clients.

We are actively following the health advice issued by the Australian Government and we wanted to share with you some important information about the steps we are taking to ensure we minimize any chances of transmitting the virus in our clinic.

- We are wiping down and disinfecting all tables and hard surfaces including the one used in the treatment rooms after each patients.

- Patient are advised to stay in the car until their appt time. To reduce chance of infections.

- Our waiting seating area is now modified with 1.5m distancing.

- we have ensure to leave 5-10mins between patients; allowing disinfecting process to take place

- We are super vigilant with our hand washing.

- We have advised all patients to be please be mindful of any cold and flu symptoms and to postpone any treatment if any illness should be present.

- We have provided hand sanitizer in rooms and at our front desk. Please make sure to make use of this on arrival and departure of the clinic.

We can all play a part in helping to minimizing the spread and appreciate your understanding and cooperation while we all work together to do so.

It is our priority to keep you safe and well during this time.
