With our team gearing up for an exciting Mid North Coast NSW Roadshow, we’re thrilled to be working alongside local therapy groups to deliver FREE Come ‘N’ Try events, bringing Frame Running into the spotlight and giving more people the opportunity to experience the joy of movement!

For us, it’s about more than equipment. It’s about creating opportunities, building connections and sharing our passion for inclusive movement. 💜
