✨ Meet the Team Monday - Introducing Joeie ✨

This week we are introducing the amazing Joeie 💙

Joeie joined the disability industry because she wanted to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives, bringing kindness, patience, support and genuine care to everyone she meets. 🌈

Inspired by the love and support from her Nan and Pop growing up, Joeie now shares that same compassion with the people she supports every day. Her own experiences as a mum have also given her a deep understanding of patience, advocacy and the importance of feeling truly cared for. 💕

For Joeie, even making a small difference in someone’s day is incredibly rewarding ✨

💛 Has a heart full of compassion and care

Nothing beats baking on an overcast, slightly rainy day 🌧️🧁💛

Miss H absolutely loves her weekly baking sessions, and today’s delicious treat was homemade banana muffins 🍌✨

A huge thank you to Support Worker Jenna for guiding Hannah every step of the way and helping make these special moments possible. Our support workers truly help bring dreams to life through patience, encouragement and meaningful support every day 💕✨

There’s something so special about spending time doing the things you love, creating memories, building skills, and of course enjoying a tasty treat at the end 😋
